Vendor Terms

Vendors are independently responsible for their products, advertising claims, sales, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, warranties, taxes, intellectual property compliance, and legal compliance. Vendor participation is subject to ongoing compliance with marketplace standards and operational requirements. Sellathon reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or discontinue vendor access at its discretion to maintain platform operations and marketplace standards. The 2.5% platform operational marketplace fee is charged on completed sales and is generally non-refundable in seller-caused refund situations because it covers hosting, infrastructure, affiliate systems, security, transaction support, and platform operations.
